Abigail Wallach
 

Abbey Wallach represents sophisticated clients in civil litigation, employment litigation, and appeals. As an appellate court clerk and legal intern, Abbey has gained high-quality experience analyzing briefs and researching issues across a range of litigation matters. 

While in law school, Abbey interned in the Office of the General Counsel at Xcel Energy, where she worked on a variety of litigation matters. She also interned at the University of Colorado Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance, where she investigated violations of federal and state employment laws. In addition, Abbey served as a Constitutional Law research assistant, competed at a national moot court competition, and won the Women’s Law Caucus Award and the Austin W. Scott Top Orator Award for the Rothgerber Moot Court Competition.
