Clutter Motors, Inc. v. Antelope Valley Nissan, Inc., No. BC 224 799 (Cal. Sup. Ct. County of Los Angeles 2002)

Along with a number of other entities, our client was sued for a host of tort and statutory claims arising out of a failed buy-sell transaction involving multiple franchises. Following a bench trial, the court found in our client's favor on all claims.
