David Younker
 

David Younker represents businesses and professionals in complex civil litigation, trials, and appeals. His practice includes liability, commercial, and insurance matters. David has particular experience defending healthcare professionals against high-exposure malpractice and negligence claims. He has tried numerous cases to winning jury verdicts and handled 15 appeals, including one brief before the Georgia Supreme Court.

Prior to entering private practice, David served for more than three years as an assistant district attorney in the Griffin Judicial Circuit, in Georgia. There, he prosecuted hundreds of felony criminal cases and won numerous jury trials and appeals. David was especially honored to help victims of domestic violence attain justice.
