DENVER - The trial law firm of Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP is proud to announce that partner Andrew Efaw has been sworn in as a Federal Judge for the U.S. Military Courts.  The U.S. Military Courts hear criminal cases for all of the Armed Services.  A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Army Lt. Col. Efaw served as an active duty Army Judge Advocate General attorney, and in 2004 was sent to Iraq for a one-year deployment as a reservist.  He is one of only two members of the reserves in his class who completed the required judicial training at the University of Virginia Law School.  At Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell, Mr. Efaw focuses his practice on defending complex commercial, product liability, and franchise cases in federal and state courts.
