Grace Fox
 

Grace Fox represents clients in complex commercial actions at both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining WTO in 2016, Grace was a litigation associate in the Chicago office of a large international law firm. She has experience in internal and regulatory investigations, pharmaceutical patent litigation, and antitrust matters.

Grace has developed uncommon experience in her short time practicing. She has argued before the Seventh Circuit and argued winning motions and jury instructions in court. Grace has also successfully examined witnesses during trial, in addition to preparing witnesses for trial and conducting numerous depositions, including 30(b)6, fact, and expert witnesses.

After law school, Grace completed a fellowship in the Federal Litigation Unit of the National Immigrant Justice Center. She assisted with advocacy on behalf of non-citizens and other entrants to the United States.
