Kevin Homiak
 

Kevin Homiak helps clients develop and implement litigation and trial strategies in complex civil disputes. He has conducted research of civil discovery rules under Texas, California, and Colorado law. 

Prior to joining WTO, Kevin worked in the New York office of a leading AmLaw 100 firm. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to The Honorable James O. Browning of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. As a law clerk, Kevin drafted over 30 opinions on a variety of topics, including civil discovery disputes, class actions, civil rights violations, the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, and Fourth and Fifth Amendment suppression issues.
