Kevin Homiak
 

Kevin Homiak handles complex commercial and torts cases in a variety of practice areas, including employment discrimination, legal malpractice, and medical malpractice defense. He has also represented clients in cases involving criminal allegations. 

Kevin is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and George Washington University. Before joining Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell, he served as a law clerk to The Honorable James O. Browning of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. While in law school, Kevin participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic, where he successfully obtained dismissals for two juvenile clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges.
