Obtained a ruling from the New York Supreme Court denying a discovery sanction against WTO's client, a manufacturing company.
In a case in which the plaintiffs sought the ultimate discovery sanction of striking the answer of our client—the defendant manufacturer, the appellate division of the New York Supreme Court ruled that no discovery sanction was appropriate and that the manufacturer had properly complied with the appellate division's earlier interlocutory order in the same case.
