WTO preserves denial of class certification in U.S. Supreme Court


Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell preserved a class-certification victory in the U.S. Supreme Court after the trial court had denied certification of a putative class seeking to assert claims against our client, a large network of automobile dealerships, for violating the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act.  The plaintiffs had claimed class damages in excess of $900 million.
