Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell Announces Relocation to Republic Plaza

DENVER: Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP officially announced it plans to relocate the civil litigation firm to new offices on three floors in Republic Plaza at 370 17th Street on June 15, 2012.

Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell (WTO) will occupy 75,500 square feet of space on the 45th through 47th floors of downtown Denver's tallest building. In addition to office space for over 70 lawyers and 100 staff, the new location will feature a mock trial court room and a conference center to accommodate arbitrations, seminars, meetings, and other events.

"It is an exciting time of growth and opportunity for the firm, and we are looking forward to working in the heart of the city of Denver," said firm chairman Mike O'Donnell.

The lease was signed for a 10-year term. Republic Plaza is owned and managed by Brookfield Properties. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the law firm in the transaction and the firm engaged RNL to design the space.

Republic Plaza contains 56 floors and was established as the tallest building in the city of Denver when it was built in 1984.
