Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell Grows by Two

Date: 03.10.15

Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell is pleased to welcome Peter W. Herzog III to its complex commercial and class action litigation teams. Herzog joined the firm as a partner on January 29, 2015. A former partner with Bryan Cave LLP, Herzog adds his accomplishments as a trial lawyer and his extensive experience defending corporations in complex commercial, product liability, and consumer class action litigation to WTO's already deep bench.

Herzog has successfully defended against more than 100 consumer class actions during his career. He has tried two class action jury trials—one for Ford Motor Co. as co-counsel with WTO—and defeated class certification dozens of times.

Super Lawyers has ranked Herzog in class actions, mass torts, and appellate practices. He maintains an AV rating from his peers, the highest designation possible through Martindale-Hubbell. Herzog also earned the BTI Client Service All-Star recognition for delivering superior service to large corporate clients in 2012 and 2014.

Herzog is admitted in Massachusetts and Missouri, as well as before several federal courts and circuit courts of appeals. He holds a JD and BA from Washington University.

Herzog is joined in his move to WTO by of counsel Thomas J. Palazzolo. Palazzolo focuses his practice on the defense of consumer class actions. He graduated first in his class from Washington University School of Law.

Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP defends some of the nation's best-known entities and professionals in civil disputes that threaten their businesses, brands, reputations, people, and relationships.
