Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell Names New Partners Miko Brown and LaMar Jost

DENVER – The Denver-based trial law firm of Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP is pleased to announce that Miko Brown and LaMar Jost have been named partners effective January 1, 2011.

Miko Brown focuses her national litigation practice on defending product designers, manufacturers, and retailers in product liability and commercial matters. She has acted as national and local counsel for a number of companies throughout the United States. Prior to joining WTO, Brown was associated with an international Denver-based law firm and an international Phoenix-based law firm. She also served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable John L. Kane of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Brown graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

LaMar Jost handles product liability, mass torts, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation cases at the trial and appellate level in federal and state courts. He has particular experience defending companies in the environmental, insurance, and intellectual property industries. Before joining WTO, Mr. Jost served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Bobby R. Baldock of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to The Honorable Clarence A. Brimmer of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. He graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Wyoming College of Law.
