WTO Partner Mark Kennedy Dies While Skiing
DENVER: The partners of Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell are saddened to announce that their partner and friend Mark Kennedy died on January 11, 2009 while skiing in Canada. An avid skier, Mark was an equally passionate advocate for his clients. He was a seasoned trial lawyer with particular experience in representing franchisors in litigation, arbitration, and mediation throughout the country. Mark had a bachelor's degree from Case Western Reserve University and a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Mark's national franchise litigation practice will continue in the capable hands of the WTO team that he developed and led.
Mark's funeral is on Saturday, January 17, at 10:00 a.m. at Horan McConaty Funeral Home, 1091 South Colorado Boulevard, Denver.
