Xavier Avery
 

Xavier Avery represents clients in complex commercial litigation cases across a range of industries. Prior to joining WTO, Xavier was a law clerk to The Honorable Maria M. Cabret of the Supreme Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands. During his clerkship, he conducted legal research and drafted bench memoranda and opinions. 

Xavier earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he earned multiple American Jurisprudence Awards.
