Biography

Chris Byer represents sophisticated businesses and corporations in complex commercial litigation nationwide. His experience includes cases involving breach of contract, misappropriation, and conspiracy. Chris has gained valuable courtroom experience, having successfully argued for a permanent restraining order.  He has drafted motions, pleadings, and other written arguments in multiple cases. 

Prior to joining WTO, Chris worked as an associate at the Denver office of an AmLaw 200 firm. He also worked as a Law Clerk in the Second Judicial District of Colorado where he drafted appellate opinions, orders on motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions, and prepared bench memoranda in multiparty litigations.
