- Won voluntary dismissal in federal court in Colorado for a major gas station company facing federal and state toxic tort claims brought by a real estate developer. The plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed their claims after WTO demonstrated that the gas station's underground gas tanks did not contaminate the plaintiffs' adjacent land and water.
- Argued and won a preliminary injunction motion in federal court seeking to restrain the client's former employee from dissipating embezzled funds.
- Won acquittal on all felony counts in a jury trial as the sole defense attorney for a client accused of felony possession with intent to distribute illegal drugs. - Won summary judgment and dismissal of all claims for a healthcare insurer in a case brought by a medical association.
