Natasha Schissler’s legal practice focuses on complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. She joined WTO in 2014 as a resident attorney.
During law school, Natasha was a law clerk for Level 3 Communications where she drafted memoranda, notices, and pre-trial motions on matters concerning employment issues, construction defects, contractual liabilities, and complex property issues. Before law school, Natasha worked in the telecommunications and entertainment industries.
- Elward et al. v. Electrolux Home Products, Inc. (N.D. Ill. 2020) - Defeated class certification for Electrolux in a consolidated putative class action in Illinois involving millions of the company's dishwashers.
- Won a defense jury verdict in federal court for a Fortune 500 telecommunications client facing age discrimination and retaliation claims.
