Won a bench trial as first chair in a breach of contract case.

A WTO team won a bench trial in a breach of contract case in Arapahoe County District Court against an interior design and construction company. The case involved a significant design and construction project where the interior design company wrongfully withheld highly-valued furnishings despite full payment in an effort to pressure WTO’s client into paying unrelated disputed invoices. The court agreed with WTO’s interpretation of the parties’ agreement and adopted in full the proposed findings and conclusions, awarding the full amount sought by WTO and finding in favor of our client on all claims.
