Biography

Audrey Pham’s prior experience includes working as a summer law clerk at WTO and serving as a legal intern at two law firms. She has experience with negotiations, motions for sanctions, discovery requests, and cross examination outlines. 

Audrey held extern positions at the Animal Legal Defense Fund and Animal Partisan, which gave her the opportunity to research case and statutory law. Audrey enjoys legal research because it allows her to understand the evolution of case law and how it is applied to client matters.

Cases

  • Won decertification of an FLSA collective with 1,300 opt-ins spread over nine states, which had been conditionally certified before WTO took over the case. The claim against WTO's global healthcare provider client was for overtime due to alleged missed meal breaks.
