- Following a multiday evidentiary hearing, secured injunctive relief for a franchisor against businesses that were unlawfully competing against it using franchisor's trade secrets, including client information, and infringing on franchisor's trademarks.
- Argued before the Tenth Circuit for an individual seeking withholding of removal under the Convention Against Torture.
- Serving as national counsel for a major international company in commercial litigation involving over 180 cases of alleged PCB exposure.
- Defending national law firms against high-stakes claims of legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty.
- Won a complete motion to dismiss for a national real estate franchisor in a case brought by a franchisee alleging tortious interference and express and implied breaches of the franchise agreement.
- Won summary judgment on all challenged claims brought against the nation's leading beauty and wellness franchisor, resulting in a favorable settlement to resolve the remaining claims.
- Vacated a default judgment entered against a construction company in a lawsuit brought by a former investor.
- Drafted a successful amicus brief to the Colorado Supreme Court addressing Colorado's equal protection guarantee and the rights afforded to criminal defendants.
