Biography

Mark Goldberg represents WTO clients in civil litigation. As a law clerk at a Denver law firm, he gained experience in employment law in areas including wage disputes. During a clerkship for Judge Wyrick of the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Oklahoma, Mark drafted orders that resolved motions on a variety of issues. 

He also gained legal writing and research skills from intern positions for the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and at the Consumer Protection Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice. 

Mark also was an ESL teacher in Taiwan. He taught the fundamentals of English to young learners—an experience that sharpened his ability to help people understand unfamiliar concepts.
