Appliance Manufacturer's Brand Protected With TRO Against Appliance Outlet

In a brand-protection case that the firm handled for a well-known appliance manufacturing company, WTO obtained a temporary restraining order in Denver District Court against an appliance retail outlet and its owner after presenting compelling evidence of the defendants' massive fraud against our client and Colorado consumers. The Denver District Attorney's Office subsequently opened a criminal investigation into the outlet's practices acting on information provided by our client and the outlet's employees.
