Open Positions:

Litigation Paralegal

Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell is seeking full time, experienced Litigation Paralegals. These positions will support a team of partners and associates in our litigation firm and require experience in large case management, docketing, cite-checking, experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, and strong trial experience. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of trial and litigation experience, Bachelor’s degree, and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Independent case management including document organization, discovery and database management, trial preparation, calendaring/docketing and familiarity with federal and state court rules/procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Four year degree and a paralegal certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, PowerPoint, Westlaw/LexisNexis and Trial Director
  • Must have a minimum of seven years of experience managing all phases of complex litigation including going to trial
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch between tasks easily
