WON a pro bono victory to restore the First Amendment rights and lift the unconstitutional banishment of a former school district employee from school board meetings and other property.
WON a pro bono victory in the Colorado Court of Appeals for a mother fighting to maintain her relationship with her son.
WON a pro bono disability claim for a 79-year-old veteran who spent a decade seeking relief.
FILED an amicus brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to revisit a murder conviction featured on Netflix in a case of first impression.
SECURED a civil rights settlement in a pro bono case for a child with autism who was handcuffed and left alone in the back seat of a police car for hours.
WON reversal of an adverse ruling in a pro bono Tenth Circuit appeal for a nonprofit taxpayer advocacy group.
The WTO Foundation continued its tradition of helping those in need throughout 2023.
