WTO Wins Appeal for DISH Wireless

Our team that won a jury verdict for DISH Wireless in a 9-figure commercial litigation case just won on appeal. 

The Colorado Court of Appeals affirmed our 2024 jury verdict for DISH, on Crown Castle’s claim that DISH had breached its lease — a claim that stood to cost DISH hundreds of millions of dollars in additional rent at 20,000 cell tower sites nationwide. Following Partner Frederick Yarger's oral argument for DISH, the appeals court unanimously sided with DISH on all claims.
