Our trial team of Bryan Cross, Rick Nadolink, and Natalie Colao won a complete defense jury verdict for our client Caesarstone in a case with industry wide implications. 

This was the third case tried to verdict in the U.S. and the first in Colorado where workers sued companies in the stone countertop fabrication industry over silica exposure. 

Multiple companies were defendants at trial, and in siding with our client, the jury determined that Caesarstone Quartz Surfaces are not defective or unreasonably dangerous and that Caesarstone USA was not otherwise liable.
