Biography

Kaleb Gregory represents clients in complex commercial litigation and product liability matters. Before joining WTO, he was a law clerk to The Honorable David J. Porter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to The Honorable Sarah E. Pitlyk of U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He also was a fellow in the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Missouri, where he handled a wide range of appellate and other matters.

During law school, Kaleb was a member of the Washington University School of Law Appellate Clinic, where he represented and ultimately secured a settlement on behalf of his client. He has also briefed and argued appeals in federal and state court.
