Achieved a complete defense victory for a hospital client and staff by negotiating dismissal with prejudice—with no money paid—of a lawsuit in Colorado state court.

WTO attorneys obtained a complete defense victory for WTO’s hospital client and staff. A WTO team first negotiated dismissal of claims against two of the defendants following the first round of dispositive motions. After two more rounds of briefing, the court issued a strongly worded order dismissing negligence and vicarious liability claims against the hospital. This left only assault claims against the nurse, a former employee. At that point, WTO successfully negotiated a full dismissal with no money paid. WTO lawyers also handled the original investigation for the client.
