Benchmark Litigation Names WTO Lawyers to Top 250 Women in Litigation and Under 40 Hotlist
Denver: For the fourth year in a row, Benchmark Litigation has named WTO managing partner Carolyn Fairless to the Top 250 Women in Litigation nationwide. “She is a true example,” states a peer quoted in the publication, “of what to do and how to do it right.”
Fairless is one of only two Colorado women named to the list. According to Benchmark, “These women have earned their place amongst the leading female litigators by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.”
Benchmark also named WTO partners Andrew Myers, Katie Reilly, and Theresa Wardon to its second annual Under 40 Hotlist. The list recognizes practitioners aged 40 or younger “who have been deemed the most promising emerging talent in their respective litigation communities by peers and clients.”
“These three talented and hardworking young partners epitomize dedication to their clients, and we look forward to their continued success,” said Fairless.
Selection to the lists is based on extensive research, client engagement, and peer review conducted by Benchmark.
