BTI Consulting names Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell to the Client Service A-Team 2016
Denver: The BTI Consulting Group has recognized Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell (WTO) as an “unparalleled leader in client service” in its Client Service A-Team 2016 list.
According to BTI, the Client Service A-Team is “the only law firm ranking based 100% on independent, unbiased feedback from clients—no law firm influences the results, submits nominations, or provides client names.” BTI goes on to state that the only way to make the list is to be recognized, unprompted, by corporate counsel for “delivering client service excellence.”
WTO Chairman Michael O’Donnell thinks that sounds right. “At WTO, the standard is excellence. That’s not lip service—it’s actually a requirement in our attorney handbook and has been since the firm opened its doors in 1998. It is extremely heartening to earn this distinction from our clients, and we are both humbled and affirmed that they would take the time to recognize Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell.”
BTI interviewed more than 300 U.S.-based general counsel and other legal decision-makers during the research phase.
