Biography

Catherine Charleston was a WTO summer law clerk and externed for the Honorable Scott T. Varholak in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. While in law school, Catherine served as a student attorney in the UCLA Prisoners’ Rights Clinic, where she drafted appellate briefs submitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and researched constitutional claims involving deliberate indifference. Catherine also holds a Master of Science in Social Work and worked in the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office.
