DOYLE INN CLE: Trial Court Practice "Practical Tips from the Bench"

This panel discussion will focus on being an effective advocate in the federal and state trial courts, and it will offer practical advice on participating effectively in the trial process including both writing briefs, conducting trials and making oral presentations. 

Three distinguished jurists will serve on the panel including:

• Honorable David Goldberg 2nd Judicial District Court Judge
• Honorable Ann Frick a recently retired jurist with decades of trial experience both on the bench and as an advocate
