Judge Crabtree: Adams County Marriage Opinion CLE

The Honorable Judge Crabtree will be presenting a CLE on his 2014 marriage equality decision in Adams County. This CLE is sponsored by the Colorado LGBT Bar Association.

Specifically, the CLE will focus how to controversy came about, Judge Crabtree’s experience at oral arguments, his approach to drafting the opinion, the relevance of the opinion today, and the current challenges to LGBT rights before the Supreme Court in the Masterpiece Cake case.

The CLE will be held at Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell and begin promptly at 5:30PM. The CLE is expected to last for one hour. The CLE is pending approval for 1 general CLE credit.
