Biography

David Turoff is a member of WTO’s eDiscovery team who has significant experience leading discovery projects for complex litigation. Prior to joining WTO, he spent 20 years focusing on discovery for multiple firms, including large global law firms.

Dave has researched and analyzed issues in more than 100 cases. He has deep discovery experience in large-scale litigation, including antitrust, securities regulation, corporate, and intellectual property. He has experience with complex international litigation, banking regulation, the U.S. Securities and

Exchange Commission, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, land use, real estate, consumer fraud statutes, and internal corporate investigations. 

He is proficient in a range of advanced eDiscovery tools. Additionally, Dave has handled documents in several languages. He reads Greek and Latin, and is fluent in French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Dutch.
