Jury finds for WTO's investment advisory firm client in professional negligence case

Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell represented an investment advisory firm in state court in Cook County, Illinois with respect to a $10 million professional negligence claim made by one of its customers. After a two-week trial, the jury entered a verdict for the defendant.
