Join Doyle Inn presenters for the fourth in a series of informal trainings focusing on basic practical skills in civil litigation.
This session will focus on the conducting direct examination of witnesses at deposition and trial in civil cases. Instructors include Kevin Traskos, Civil Chief, Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Colorado and Reid Neureiter from the Wheeler Trigg law firm.
Materials will be distributed ahead of time so participants will have examples for future use.
