Doyle Inn of Court: Early Case Resolution and Alternatives to Court Litigation

This session is entitled “Early Case Resolution and Alternatives to Court Litigation" and will focus on early evaluation of cases and examine ways to resolve cases without trial.  It will also provide an overview of the various forums for resolution including mediation, arbitration and informal settlement negotiation. Instructors will be Randy Bramer, Senior Counsel from the USDA Office of the General Counsel, and David Tenner of Ridley, McGreevy & Winocur, P.C.

Materials will be distributed ahead of time so participants will have examples for future use.  We invite experienced practitioners to share experiences as well as sample pleadings and outlines.
