Practices
Eric Holway has significant experience defending healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases and other high-stakes litigation. He has successfully represented many of Colorado and West Virginia’s leading healthcare systems. Eric is direct and collaborative with his clients and takes a structured, disciplined, and thoughtful approach to cases. His priority with each case is to achieve the client’s desired result—whether that is posturing for a prompt, favorable resolution or aggressively defending the client through trial.
Eric also has defended hospitals, individual providers, and insurers in premises liability, breach of contract, and professional negligence cases.
Eric has always been attracted to medicine and very nearly attended medical school instead of law school. To this day, he relishes digging into the medicine for his clients.
Eric's personal interests include researching cars and negotiating vehicle purchases for family and friends, watching his three children play sports, wake surfing, golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and three children.
