Ferha Khan represents clients in complex civil litigation. She has experience defending healthcare clients facing professional negligence claims in sensitive cases. Ferha has an undergraduate degree in criminal justice and enjoys digging into the facts of a case and other investigative aspects of representing clients.
She previously was a summer law clerk at WTO. In that role, she assisted with trial preparation for medical malpractice cases, including drafting a case evaluation. She also drafted motion in limine to exclude evidence for class action and cybersecurity cases. Additionally, Ferha drafted a summary judgment motion in a pro bono constitutional law case. As a legal intern to The Honorable Misha Westby in the Wyoming Second Judicial District, she gained experience drafting civil and criminal orders.
Ferha is fluent in Pashto and conversational in Urdu. She is an alum of the Law School, Yes We Can! program.
