GE and Law Week Colorado Honor WTO Partner John Fitzpatrick

DENVER: Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell is proud announce that WTO partner John Fitzpatrick was selected as one of Law Week Colorado's "Lawyers of the Year" for 2008.  Further, the environmental law division of WTO client General Electric named Fitzpatrick "Outside Counsel of the Year" for 2008.  These honors recognize Fitzpatrick's reputation as a go-to-trial lawyer for high-exposure cases.  He has prevailed for defendants in some of the most plaintiff-friendly jurisdictions in the country.  Fitzpatrick has tried in excess of 175 cases to verdict in 25 states and has obtained defense verdicts in over 95% of them.
