Gottschalk Named Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers

DENVER - Hugh Q. Gottschalk, Managing Partner of 35-attorney Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell LLP, has been named a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.  Mr. Gottschalk joins three other Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell partners - Malcolm Wheeler, Jack Trigg, and Michael O’Donnell - as members of the College.  Fellowship is by invitation extended only to experienced trial lawyers who demonstrate exceptional skill as advocates and the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, and civility.  Membership can never include more than one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or Canadian province.

A practicing lawyer for 25 years, Mr. Gottschalk’s legal practice focuses on complex commercial, product liability, and toxic tort litigation for large corporations, as well as securities, professional liability, and intellectual property litigation.
