WTO wins for appliance manufacturer in dispute against appliance retailer

In a brand-protection case that the firm handled for a well-known appliance manufacturing company, WTO obtained a temporary restraining order in Denver District Court against a retailer and its owner after presenting compelling evidence of the defendants' massive fraud against our client and Colorado consumers. The Denver District Attorney's Office subsequently opened a criminal investigation into the retailer's practices acting on information provided by our client and the retailer's employees.
