Biography

Jacqueline Martinez has experience in areas including professional liability and commercial litigation. Before joining WTO, Jacqueline was a term law clerk for the Honorable Kenneth J. Gonzales of the U.S. District Court of the District of New Mexico and a summer law extern for the Honorable Joel M. Carson III of the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also gained experience at two law firms as a summer associate and summer law clerk. Her experience includes drafting motions for judgment on the pleadings, opinions, and jury instructions.

With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Jacqueline brings a unique perspective. She approaches legal matters like a math equation. Her meticulous attention to detail and problem solving helps her advocate for clients. Additionally, Jacqueline has held multiple teaching positions.
