WTO secures summary judgment for Chrysler in one of first post-bankruptcy cases

Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell represented Chrysler in a case in which several Chrysler dealers on Long Island asserted that Chrysler had failed to comply with its obligation to provide them new dealerships following the Chrysler bankruptcy. Following a trial to the Court in the Eastern District of New York, the Court entered judgment for Chrysler on all of the plaintiffs' claims.
