- Served on the defense team in a six-week nine-figure product liability trial.
- Served on the defense team in a landmark putative class action regarding student-athletes' use of their names, images, and likenesses (NIL).
- Drafted a successful Daubert motion which reduced the client's potential exposure in a trademark infringement suit by approximately $100 million.
- Won a new trial and overturned a $40 million verdict in favor of plaintiffs in a medical malpractice suit after the jury foreperson disclosed various material biases on a public radio station.
- Managed written discovery and document production responses in putative class action on behalf of nationwide energy company.
- First-chaired a full defense verdict following a bench trial on behalf of a mother facing emergency eviction proceedings during the Covid-19 pandemic.
- Represented a mother in her administrative appeal of the denial of a free appropriate public education for her daughter with disabilities.
