WTO wins dismissal and counterclaim for motorcycle parts manufacturer

WTO represented Thiessen Products, a California corporation that manufactures motorcycle components and tools for Harley-Davidson and other high-end motorcycles.  A Colorado company sued Thiessen for over $3 million, claiming that Thiessen's parts were defective. The U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado dismissed the plaintiff's claims and, after the trial, awarded WTO's client over $1 million on its counterclaim for nonpayment on those same parts.
