“I could not be happier to see WTO and our attorneys continue our participation in these two powerful programs,” said WTO Co-Managing Partner Mike Williams, the firm’s management representative to LCLD. “Year after year, LCLD continues to prove that it can help its Fellows and Pathfinders grow their professional networks and skills.”

Theresa Wardon Benz will participate in the LCLD Fellows Program, which is designed to provide diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys with professional and personal development, leadership training, and relationship-building opportunities.

Theresa has built a versatile practice in appellate, class actions, and commercial litigation. She previously served as a law clerk to then-Judge Neil M. Gorsuch of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Theresa earned her J.D. from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Kristen Ferries has been selected to join the LCLD Pathfinders program. The program helps diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys by providing them with internal professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies.

Kristen joined WTO in 2018. She handles product liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Prior to entering practice, Kristen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth L. Harris of the Colorado Court of Appeals. Kristen earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School.
