Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell Elects Three New Partners

DENVER: Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP is proud to announce that Christopher Montville, Kathryn Reilly, and Evan Stephenson have been elected to the partnership, effective January 1, 2015.

Chris Montville has built a successful national practice defending lawyers and law firms against legal malpractice and negligence claims and representing companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation. A 2007 magna cum laude graduate of Duke University School of Law, Chris served as a law clerk to The Honorable Carlos F. Lucero of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado and New York.

Katie Reilly joined WTO in 2014 with extensive experience helping clients address antitrust issues and complex business disputes across a range of industries. She has particularly deep knowledge in the healthcare field, as well as litigation experience in real estate, aviation, manufacturing, and sports. A 2001 cum laude graduate of New York University School of Law, Katie served as a law clerk to The Honorable Julia S. Gibbons of the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Tennessee and later in the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Sixth Circuit. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado, New York, and the District of Columbia.

Evan Stephenson focuses his practice on insurance, product liability, and personal injury trials and appeals. He has particular experience representing insurance companies in complex commercial disputes, especially in bad faith matters. A 2005 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Evan served as a law clerk to The Honorable John Marshall Rogers of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Evan is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
