Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell Elects Two New Partners Anthony Barbe and Ellen Herzog
DENVER: Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell (WTO) is proud to announce that Anthony C. Barbe and Ellen E. Herzog have been elected to the partnership, effective January 1, 2019.
Anthony Barbe focuses his practice on legal malpractice defense and insurance coverage disputes. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010, where he served as Managing Editor of the Denver University Law Review. Anthony clerked for The Honorable Ann B. Frick of the Denver District Court. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado.
Ellen Herzog handles complex commercial and torts cases, including class and mass actions and medical malpractice defense. She earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2011, where she served as Associate Editor of The Review of Litigation and the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law. Ellen clerked for The Honorable Randy Crane of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and New York.
