WTO served as lead trial counsel for an energy company in an arbitration hearing against another energy company that resulted in an award for WTO's client on two contract claims and rejection of the other company's counterclaim. The award included past contract damages, prejudgment interest, and declaratory relief worth more than 15 times the value of the last settlement offer made before trial.
