WTO lawyers successfully defend Whirlpool Corp. in putative nationwide class action

WTO lawyers led Whirlpool's defense team in this putative nationwide class action alleging that more than one million of our client's products were defective.  The defense strategy developed by WTO led to the dismissal with prejudice of the plaintiffs' class-action allegations.
